Description

The story follows four children—Matufu, Matule, Msilangu, and Mataka—who find themselves falsely accused of a crime after a girl named Fatuma falls from a mango tree. To escape the long arm of the law, they flee their home village of Bombani and head toward the village of Wendapole, rumored to be a peaceful and welcoming haven. However, their journey quickly takes a dangerous turn when the boat they steal to escape begins taking on water and sinks into the ocean, forcing them into a desperate, chaotic fight for survival
